Pastor Jeffrey & His wife birthed Helping Hands Outreach Ministry in 2014 to present Jesus Christ to nursing home residents in four counties, which established a traveling ministry to seven nursing homes & a senior center. This Ministry continued until the outbreak of covid19 in 2020.

The Anderson Creek Senior Center Ministry has continued since 2017, establishing another outreach arm of Proclaiming Christ Gospel Ministries which provides bible study, crafting classes and outreach events with the seniors.

While at Christ Temple under the pastorship of Apostle Ellis, God called him into Pastoral Ministry. This call birthed Proclaiming Christ Gospel Ministries (PCGM) in 2016 which was established in the garage of his home.

Pastor McNair continued in his outreach assignments by becoming a Chaplain for Harnett Health (now Cape Fear) while also providing chaplain duties @ the Harnett County Detention Center ( Lillington).
Pastor McNair is a graduate of Fayetteville State University.

Bishop Jeffrey McNair

Pastor Jeffrey McNair was born in Brooklyn & raised in Jamaica Queens NY to the (Late) Pastor Amanda McCloud, the seventh of eight children.

He is an Army Retiree, serving in Signal & The Finance Corp where he met his wife of 38 years, Pastor Deanna McNair. From this union God blessed them with two children, Jaquetta Thomas & Phillip McNair, six Grand Children, Jerrell jr.,Talia, Jordan, Janyah, Phillip jr., Zoey and a grand dog Jewel.

Pastor McNair worked in the Mental Health field for over 12 years as a Child Case Manager/Therapist at Lee/Harnett Mental health/Sandhills Center & also worked as Program Director for at-risk youth/adults at Excel Personal Development for Lee/Harnett County and as an Employment Consultant for the Employment Security Commission/Commerce Dept.
