Pastor Deanna McNair

Pastor McNair was educated in the Cumberland County School System of NJ & continued her education at Pierce College in Tacoma Washington, Central Carolina Community College in Sanford NC & Fayetteville State University.

She has always enjoyed serving and have had the pleasure of working in The Helps Ministry as an usher, Usher President, hospitality & outreach giveaway committee. Anything her hands find to do, is done for the Glory of God to help others.

Pastor McNair has served in many other areas of ministry but has a heart for prayer and was instrumental in forming a telephone intercessory prayer group that has been operating since 2002.She believes God has chosen her for this assignment that has helped many  to cast their cares on him 1Peter5:7 but to have faith, believing, all things are possible to them that believe. Mark 9:23. Prayer being the Key to Heaven, Faith unlocking the door Ephesians 6:18.

She & Her husband birthed Helping Hands Outreach Ministry in 2014 to present Jesus Christ to nursing home residents & established a traveling ministry to seven nursing homes & a senior center. This Ministry continued until the outbreak of covid19 in 2020.The Anderson Creek Senior Center Ministry has continued since 2017, establishing another outreach arm of PCGM which provides bible study, crafting classes (she teaches) and other outreach events with the seniors

Along with her husband’s call to step out in Ministry, she helped him establish Proclaiming Christ Gospel Ministries (PCGM) in the garage of their home in 2016.

Pastor McNair has a heart for people and believes God has called her for such a time as this, to help the voiceless, down-trodden, sick or the shut-in & with a heart of compassion to encourage & give hope, She & her husband started serving as chaplains to Patients, Family members and Staff of the Cape Fear Health System of Betsy Johnson and Central Harnett Hospitals.

She has a passion for building the Kingdom of God with anyone who will listen & as a preacher, she considers it an awesome blessing to be able to preach and teach Christ as a vessel to the lost so that people can be healed, delivered, and set free.

Her journey has been marked by steadfast dedication and an unyielding spirit of service. Throughout the years, Pastor McNair has fostered unity within her congregation and the wider community, often taking the initiative to bridge gaps and reach out to those in need. Whether through her heartfelt sermons or hands-on involvement in outreach programs, she consistently inspires others by living out her faith in tangible ways.

Pastor McNair’s commitment extends beyond the pulpit and committee meetings. Her story is one of perseverance—balancing the demands of ministry, family, and community with grace. Pastor McNair’s life stands as a testament to the powerful impact one person can have when they answer the call to serve, and her legacy continues to flourish in the lives she touches each day.

She considers herself like Nehemiah on the wall and she can’t come down until her assignment is completed, knowing without a doubt with the direction & strength of the Lord, she can do all things….Christ as her guide right by her side.

Pastor Deanna McNair

Pastor Deanna McNair is a native of Port Norris New Jersey, the daughter of Richard Dixon and Jeanette Jacobs. She was brought up in John Wesley United Methodist Church as a young child but came to know Christ during a revival @ Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church.

She Enlisted in the military serving in The Finance & Accounting field for over 20 Years where she meet & Married the Love of her life, Bishop Jeffrey McNair, The Pastor of Proclaiming Christ Gospel Ministries in Spring Lake NC where she currently serves as Assistant Pastor.

They have been blessed with a son Phillip McNair who also followed his parent’s steps with over 20 years of military service (Army). Phillip blessed them with 4 Beautiful grandchildren, Talia, Janyah, Phillip Jr, & Zoey. A daughter Jaquetta Thomas who blessed them with 3, Jerrell Jr., Jordan, and A grand dog Jewel.
